Somos tres amigos a los que nos pic\u00f3 el bichito de la cerveza artesanal: con otro de mis socios, mientras estudi\u00e1bamos en Econ\u00f3micas, dijimos &#8216;vamos a probar de hacer birra&#8217;. Y nos estamos recibiendo claramente por caminos distintos, porque cuando nos junt\u00e1bamos nunca era para estudiar&#8221;, recuerda divertido\u00a0Santiago\u00a0Asteazar\u00e1n, uno de los tres integrantes de &#8220;Astor birra&#8221;, en di\u00e1logo con\u00a00221.com.ar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a la primera producci\u00f3n de cerveza, eligieron el estilo amargo de la IPA: &#8220;Muchos nos recomendaban que no, que iba a ser muy amarga, pero desde un principio nos dimos cuenta que gustaba. Y hoy en d\u00eda, las medallas que ganamos en la Copa son de Hoppy Golden y la Session IPA, que tiene un poquito m\u00e1s de alcohol que la IPA com\u00fan&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alan Iglesias, asistente de producci\u00f3n y representante de la marca en el certamen, fue contundente y dijo<strong>: &#8220;Hoy despu\u00e9s de mucho tiempo de recorrido ya tenemos un grupo m\u00e1s grande de trabajo que busca hacer las cosas bien y estamos muy contentos con estos resultados.
