Proyecto de Ley por el cual se modifica el art\u00edculo 2\u00ba de la Ley 26.448 &#8211; Transferencia a T\u00edtulo Gratuito a favor de la Municipalidad de Viale, Distrito Quebracho, Departamento Paran\u00e1, Provincia de Entre R\u00edos, del dominio de un inmueble propiedad del Estado Nacional, destinado a la construcci\u00f3n de un Centro Cultural, Recreativo y Deportivo -, ampliando su objeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n abordar\u00e1n el R\u00e9gimen de protecci\u00f3n patrimonial de las prestaciones dirigidas a la promoci\u00f3n, protecci\u00f3n y\/o restituci\u00f3n de derechos de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes y a las asociaciones sin fines de lucro que tengan por finalidad el desarrollo de tales actividades. Transferencia a T\u00edtulo Gratuito de un inmueble propiedad del Estado Nacional a la Provincia de Salta.
